FAQ's on booking a reservation
Q: "What type of vehicles are on your fleet?"
A: We have two types of vehicles for you to choose from, the standard black sedan which will sit up to 3 passengers with three pieces of luggage. We also have a larger SUV which will sit up tot six passengers and a good size trunk for luggage.
Q: "Can you pick me up at 4am? Will you have someone available?"
A: Yes, we operate from 4am-12am daily, but you must make your booking between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Your driver or the dispatcher will text or call you 5-10 minutes prior to your booking time to let you know when we are outside.
Q: "Can you pick me up from the airport if I land at midnight or delayed a few hours?"
A: Yes, we do offer late night services, but if your flight is delayed by more than an hour we can not guarantee your pick ups. DPM will make every effort to pick you up if your flight is delayed. Additional late night charge of $20 for SF and $30 outside of SF, between 10pm to 3:59am.
Q: "What do I have to do if need to be picked up from the airport?" A: Our standard airport pick up procedure is "curbside pickups" (unless meet and greet service is requested). "Curbside pickups" means the passengers must call DPM at (415) 819-7326 when they are ready to be picked up. If passenger does not have any luggage checked, we request passengers to call as they depart airplane and the dispatcher will direct passenger on where to meet the chauffeur at. If passenger have luggage checked, we request that the passenger call us after they have all luggage at hand prior to call us.
Q: "Why do I have to give you my airline and flight information prior to booking a pick up from the airport?"
A: No airport pick ups will be confirmed until DPM gets the airline and the flight number for the passenger arriving to an airport. DPM needs this information, so we can attempt to make the proper arrangements for your pick up in an event of any airport/delays.
Q: "How soon should I make my booking for a pick up?"
A: We suggest you make your booking right after you book your airline tickets. The sooner you book it, the better chance we will be able to accommodate to your needs.
Q: "Will you be able pick up my friend on the way to the airport? She will be flying with me."
A: Yes, we do offer extra pick ups for our clients. Rate is to be determined by the distance or complicity of the extra stop. The rate will be $10-30 more for each extra stop, to be determined by your chauffeur.
Q: "My mom is coming to visit me, can you pick her up from the airport? Can I pay for her trip?"
A: Yes, you can set up the transfer for your mom, provide us with you credit card information and she will be all set for the trip.
Q: "My boss is arriving into SFO for a meeting, can you meet him inside the airport, take him to the meeting for a few hours, and then bring him back to the airport?" A: Yes, our professional drivers will meet your boss either outside the security check point or baggage claim area (depending on airline), then take them to their events and return back to the airport.
*** Gratuity is included on all of our services. Special wine tasting services Hourly rate for sedan service is $95. A chauffeur will be designated to serve your every need, wait while you go visit your favorite vineyards, have lunch or whatever you choice to do. Our professional chauffeur will do what they can to make sure all your needs are met. If you need more time, just let the driver know in advance and we should be able to accommodate.
